What do your gallons cost?
Your fuel budget
Where the prices come from
Village heating oil and gasoline come from the Alaska Division of Community and Regional Affairs' twice-a-year fuel price survey. Boat diesel comes from the Pacific States Marine Fisheries Commission's monthly dock price survey, the before-tax cash price for 600 gallons. Nothing here is a forecast.
Education, not advice. These are reported prices, not quotes, and your supplier's price will differ.
Questions people ask
Why is there no price for my town?
The survey does not cover every community, and some places report only one fuel. If yours is missing, pick the Alaska average or the nearest place.
Do you keep what I type?
No. The numbers stay in your browser.
